Shipping policy
Every item in my shop is printed just for you by our print partner, then shipped straight to your door. Here’s what to expect. 😊
Processing time
Your order is made after you place it, which usually takes 2 to 5 business days. During the busy holiday season (November and December) it can take a little longer, so please order early for gifts!
Delivery time
Once your order ships, delivery usually takes:
- USA and Canada: about 3 to 8 business days
- International (including Australia, New Zealand, the UK and Europe): about 5 to 20 business days
These are estimates, and times can vary by location, carrier and season.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart. Some items may qualify for free shipping, which you’ll see at checkout.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you’ll get an email with your tracking number.
Multiple items
If you order more than one item, your order may arrive in separate packages, because different products are printed in different locations.
Customs, duties and taxes
For orders shipped outside the country where they’re printed, your local customs office may charge import duties or taxes. These are set by your country, are not included in our prices or shipping costs (unless shown at checkout), and are the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping address
Please double-check your address before you order. We can’t change an order once it’s in production, and if a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs will apply.
Lost or damaged packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, or arrives damaged, email us at help@tatyanadeniz.com with your order number and we’ll make it right. See our Refund Policy for details.
